Fevicol Nail Free Ultra is a high-grab adhesive-sealant that replaces nails and screws, so you can fix mirrors, stone, panels and trims without drilling. It holds 18 – 20 kg per sq ft once cured and stays flexible, moving with stone, glass and metal as temperatures change without cracking.
It is solvent-free and mirror-safe, so it won't damage silver mirror backing. It can be applied on damp or wet surfaces, making it handy for bathrooms and kitchens. Dispense with a standard caulking gun (sold separately).

Application Guidelines
- Prep: Surface must be free of oil, grease, dust and old adhesive (damp is fine)
- Load: Cut the tip at 45°, fit the nozzle and load into a caulking gun
- Apply in Zig-Zags: Run vertical zig-zag beads with 1-inch gaps. Never apply in a closed ring – air must reach the glue for it to cure
- Press & Adjust: Press firmly in place; you have 6 minutes to adjust
- Support Heavy Items: Prop or tape heavy pieces for at least 24 hours (a standard 4 mm bead takes about 48 hours to cure fully)
1) Do I need a caulking gun?
Yes. The adhesive is a thick paste in a rigid cartridge that cannot be squeezed by hand. Load it into a standard caulking gun (sold separately) to dispense it smoothly.
2) Can I use it to mount a heavy mirror in a bathroom?
Yes. It is solvent-free and mirror-safe, so it won't corrode the silver backing and cause black spots. Being moisture-cure, it also works well in humid bathrooms and holds heavy vertical loads once cured.
3) Why apply it in vertical zig-zag lines instead of circles or dollops?
It hardens by drawing moisture from the air. Zig-zag lines with gaps let air reach all the glue for an even cure. Closed circles or solid puddles seal the outer edge first, leaving the centre wet and the bond weak under heavy loads.
4) How long should I support the item?
It skins within 15 minutes and gives you about 6 minutes to adjust. Since it cures at 2 mm every 24 hours, support heavy items like granite, thick panels or large mirrors with props or tape for at least the first 24 hours; a standard 4 mm bead takes about 48 hours to cure fully. Don't put full load on it straight away.
5) Can I use it on wet surfaces or outdoors?
Yes. Unlike water-based glues such as Fevicol SH, it can be applied on damp wood, wet concrete and even underwater for quick repairs. Once cured it handles -40°C to +90°C, sunlight and monsoon weather. It is not meant for anything permanently submerged.
